permadeck systems facility includes a large main workshop, in additon to a dedictaed paint production unit and blast cleaning area, located on a 3 acre site easily accessible from major transport routes in the North West. This capacity allows us to handle large structures, such as staircases, footbridges, ramp-step sections, Ro-Ro linkspans etc.

Our production facility allows us to manufacture and produce underfoot safety products in factory controlled conditions ensuring our high quality standards are maintained. Pre-maufacture and detailing of permadeck timber panels enables quick and easy site installation, minimising downtime and public access disruption.

Services include:

• Application of slip-resistant surfacing to bridges, ramps, staircases, landing sections etc.
• Installation of DDA compliant stair nosings, treads and tactile warning tiles
• Bespoke manufacture of permadeck systems timber and safety panels to suit exact requirements and supplied dimensions

From initial site-survey through to final hand over, permadeck systems site teams are experienced, professional and skilled. All site work is supervised by our Site Management Team, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the installation process, and project-critical dates are achieved.
